The “10 Free Hours” promotion (“Offer”) is provided by CareMatch at Home and is available exclusively to new clients who (a) are referred to a partner agency through the CareMatch at Home matching service, and (b) execute a signed care services agreement with a qualifying CareMatch at Home partner agency on or after the promotion launch date. To redeem the Offer, the client must submit a copy of their fully executed (signed) agency care agreement in PDF format, either via the online redemption form at carematchhome.com/free-hours or by email to [email protected]. Free hours are issued as a credit applied through the partner agency in the amounts of five (5) hours in the second month of the care agreement and five (5) hours in the third month of the care agreement. The client must remain an active, paying client of the partner agency to receive the month 3 credit. Free hour credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Credits may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated. CareMatch at Home reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted contracts and to deny redemption in cases of suspected fraud or ineligibility. Limit one (1) Offer per household. CareMatch at Home reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice. Only agencies within the CareMatch at Home partner network qualify. Your matched agency will be a partner agency.
