We also receive background-check-related information from third-party services about the caregivers in our network (this is not your personal data).

  • Match you with up to two suitable, vetted caregivers/providers in your area.
  • Communicate match results and connect you directly with providers.
  • Improve our service and respond to your inquiries.
  • Send important service-related notices (we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in).

  • With matched providers: When we find suitable matches, we share your contact details and care needs (with your consent) so the provider can contact you directly.
  • With service providers: We may share data with trusted third parties who help us run the Service (e.g., background-check vendors, hosting providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CareMatch at Home or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
