What We Will Text You

Text messages from CareMatch at Home will only include:

Carrier Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. CareMatch at Home does not charge any fees for text messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.

Supported Carriers

With Caregiver Network Partners

The core purpose of our service is to connect your family with vetted caregivers. To do this, we share relevant portions of your care request (care needs, ZIP code, and timing) with up to 2 pre-screened caregiver agencies or independent caregivers in our network. We share only the minimum information necessary to facilitate the match.

We do not share your mobile phone number or email address with caregiver network partners without your explicit permission. Your contact information is used solely by CareMatch at Home to deliver your matches to you directly.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our service, including:

• CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel)
• SMS delivery providers
• Website hosting and analytics providers
• Email delivery services

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.
